Jack Buser
Co-founder/Producer
Jack Buser has been writing and producing house tracks for over 10 years and co-founded BFamily Recordings with Joe Encarnacion and John Griffin. Currently, Jack claims to pursue the unlikely fusion of Chicago house, German electro, and British two-step. In addition to recording for BFamily, Jack is known to throw down crazed live PAs at events around Tokyo, London, and San Francisco (unfortunately, that one memorable house party in Miami doesn't count). Jack also works for Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, where he co-develops interactive audio technologies and techniques.

Joe Encarnacion
Co-founder/DJ/Artist
Joe DJs and produces original tracks for BFamily. Armed with his beloved MPC drum machine, his tracks capture the spirit of his uber-danceable DJ sets, which fuse bottom-heavy breaks with bangin' funky four-on-the-floor tracks. Joe spins regularly at clubs and parties around San Francisco. He also does all the web design & development, Flash and flyers for BF.

John Griffin aka Awoke
Co-founder/Producer
John Griffin, of Kist Studios fame, is a founding member of Bfamily Recorings, and defined the label's focus on live performance. Previously, he released under the pseudonym "Awoke" for Derrick Carter's Chicago label, Classic Music Company. John is employed by Dolby Laboratories in Tokyo and works tirelessly on expanding the future of 5.1-channel music production. John's music focuses on experimental, ultra-deep abstract house, as well as extreme vocal jpop noise. Don't ask.

Jay Walker
DJ/Producer
Famous for his edgy, disco-infused house sets, Jay Walker makes his formal debut on the BFamily label with a track on the upcoming "The Orbit Room" EP. Behind the scenes, Jay acts as the distribution and operations backbone of BFamily. In addition to his work with BFamily, Jay operates Solmatic Recordings with partner David Garcia - the two have recently caused an international stir with their release, "Fascinated," on Bad Boy Bill's IHR records. Jay works for online record store, DanceRecords.com, and can be found DJing regularly all over the Bay Area.

DJ Baby Daddy aka Robby G
DJ/Producer
Robert Goppold, aka G, DJs for bfamily regularly around San Francisco. He is heavily influenced by the music of his hometown, Detroit, and is known for his wildly popular ghetto-tech sets. G is currently composing several masterworks which he hopes to release on Bfamily Recordings in the near future. Look for a plethora of Baby Daddy mixes on our site.

Anna Balkrishna aka Ballcrusher
Events/Promotions
Anna Balkrishna handles promotion and event planning for BFamily, and sees herself as the lone voice of reason in the midst of a group of drunken, impractical boys. Although she has no musical talent whatsoever, Anna is invaluable as a dedicated fliering, e-mailing, and networking whore and is the main contact for all BFamily events and sponsorship opportunities. In addition to organizing BFamily record-release parties, she has thrown successful events with her other partners-in-crime, Undercover Productions. Anna also covers the club and music scenes for such publications as Nitevibe.com, Citysearch.com, and BPM Culture Magazine, and works as an Associate Editor for Proto Tracks, an electronic music subscription service.

Ryan Wilber
DJ/Producer
Ryan is the soul of the Bfamily DJs. An avid vinyl junkie since the day, his selection will shame anyone's collection.

Jon Schatz aka Lord of the Bling
DJ
Jon appears around SF, mashing up house, drum n bass and ghettotech. Jon is also Bfamily's resident systems mastermind. He builds computers that no human can operate. Lord have mercy!

Josh Deeden
Promoter/Hustler
As essential part of Bfamily's events and promotion side, Josh, representing Undercover Productions, has been throwing parties since back when your mama was still an alcoholic!
